1. Digital Products
All digital downloads, including image files, presets, or photography packages, are non-refundable once the files have been delivered.
If you experience any technical issues with your download or receive the wrong files, please contact us at info@llp-photography.co.uk within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll make it right.
2. Physical Prints & Products
We want you to love your prints!
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@llp-photography.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Please note:
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind or custom orders.
You may be required to return the defective item before a replacement is issued.
3. Photography Sessions & Services
Deposits and retainers for photo sessions or event bookings are non-refundable, as they secure your date and time.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 10 days in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
In the rare event that LLP-PHOTOGRAPHY must cancel, all fees paid will be refunded in full.
